It is no longer difficult to make an AI Demo over a weekend, but why are products that are truly used continuously and that users are willing to pay for still scarce?
As model capabilities gradually converge and invocation costs continue to decline, the problem AI Builders face is shifting from “can it be built” to “why would users choose you.” Does the long-term moat of a product come from data, scenarios, workflows, user relationships, or brand and distribution? When model providers raise prices, restrict regions, or adjust rules, how can applications maintain stable operation?
On September 21, initiated by 6Block and co-hosted by Techub News and Miuro.ai, “2026 AI Builders Day Shanghai” will be held at Shanghai Guotou Building. The event is expected to gather approximately 100 developers, entrepreneurs, investors, and industry partners to discuss how AI can move from technical capability to real products, covering areas from computing infrastructure and model invocation to investment research, video, and music creation.
When Models Are No Longer Scarce, Where Are the Opportunities for Builders?
The closing panel of the event will be themed “The End of AI—When Models Are No Longer Scarce, Where Are the Opportunities for AI Builders?”, focusing the discussion on the real choices every Builder is facing:
● With only three people, a limited budget, and six months, should one start with models, computing power, Agents, tools, or vertical applications?
● Why are there more and more AI Demos, yet products that truly find PMF and achieve sustained payment remain limited?
● Faced with closed–model APIs, how should developers choose their infrastructure?
● When everyone uses the same models, where does the real moat of a product lie?
● If AGI arrives earlier than expected, what are the most worthwhile capabilities and assets to accumulate today?
This discussion does not attempt to provide a single answer, but aims to help AI Builders see the truly worthwhile directions for the next stage through different perspectives from infrastructure, products, content creation, and the ecosystem.
From Computing Power Foundation to Specific Applications
The multiple keynote sharing sessions before the panel will also provide specific practical examples for these questions.
Core contributors of the Gonka.ai team will deliver a keynote speech, sharing practices and observations on open AI computing networks; the technical lead of GonkaRouter.io will introduce multi-model capability invocation and collaboration with the topic “One API, Build Your AI Expert Team”; practical instructors from the Uweb AI team will share real cases on how to use AI to build a personal investment research system.
In the content creation direction, the Craftale AI team will deconstruct the complete process from idea to finished piece around “New Paradigm of AI Video Creation: From a Flash of Inspiration to a Complete Short Film”; the CTO of the Miuro.ai team will share how AI is restructuring music creation, global distribution, and value circulation.
