    Rhea-AI Summary

Olenox Industries (OLOX) reported that its CS Digital Ventures operations mined approximately 15.63 Bitcoin in August 2026.

During the month, the company achieved an average operational hashrate of about 1.03 EH/s, representing roughly 67% of the fleet’s economic capacity, with performance affected in part by seasonal heat-related curtailment and low-power-mode operation in Texas. Olenox’s installed fleet totals 9,584 S21‑class ASIC miners, providing about 35 MW of capacity and 2.19 EH/s of nameplate computing power at a blended efficiency of approximately 16 J/TH. The company’s strategy is to develop gas-powered digital infrastructure targeting power costs below $0.02/kWh, though this target was not reflected in August results.

    Positive

    • 15.63 Bitcoin mined in August 2026 from CS Digital operations
    • Average operational hashrate of 1.03 EH/s during August 2026
    • Installed fleet of 9,584 S21-class ASIC miners with 2.19 EH/s nameplate power and 35 MW capacity
    • Blended hardware efficiency of approximately 16 J/TH across the mining fleet
    • Targeted future power costs below $0.02/kWh for gas-powered digital infrastructure

    Negative

    • Realized hashrate at only 67% of fleet economic capacity in August, partly due to curtailment and low-power operation
    • Targeted sub-$0.02/kWh power cost is forward-looking and not reflected in August operating results
    • August production figures are preliminary, unaudited and subject to final operational and financial review

    Olenox’s August 2026
Bitcoin production update remains preliminary and unaudited: output is net of mining-pool fees, while certain third-party hosting expenses and profit-sharing amounts are accounted for separately and were not finalized, leaving the month’s reported economics unsettled pending final operational and financial review.

The comparable June 2026 Bitcoin-production update was followed by a 2.94% gain, providing a direct operating precedent for this August report; the current market snapshot remained pre-publication.

    exahashes per secondtechnical
“average operational hashrate of approximately 1.03 exahashes per second”
A measurement of computational speed equal to one quintillion (10^18) cryptographic hash calculations per second, commonly used to describe the processing power of cryptocurrency mining networks or mining fleets. It matters to investors because higher exahashes-per-second indicate greater mining capacity and network security, and they help gauge potential mining revenue, competitive scale, and capital intensity — like comparing how many workers a factory can run per shift.
    asictechnical
    “9,584 current-generation S21-class ASIC miners”
ASIC is Australia’s corporate, markets and financial services regulator that enforces rules for companies, financial advisers and market operators; think of it as the referee and rulebook keeper for financial activity. It matters to investors because ASIC’s oversight, investigations and enforcement actions affect company credibility, legal risk and market fairness—actions that can change stock prices, investor confidence and the safety of financial products.
    mining-pool accountstechnical
“hastrate credited to the Company’s mining-pool accounts”
Accounts used by cryptocurrency mining pools to collect, hold, and sometimes distribute the coins or tokens earned by the pool’s participants. Like a community mailbox that receives all the mail before members pick up their share, these accounts show where newly created or mined digital assets are concentrated, which can affect market supply, custody risk, and transparency for investors watching token flows. They matter because large balances or frequent transfers from these accounts can influence price and liquidity.

CONROE, TX / ACCESS Newswire / September 17, 2026 /Olenox Industries Inc. (NASDAQ:OLOX) (“Olenox” or the “Company”), an integrated energy and infrastructure company, today announced that its CS Digital Ventures, LLC (“CS Digital”) operations mined approximately 15.63 Bitcoin during August 2026.

The results represent Olenox’s second monthly operating update following its May 28, 2026 acquisition of CS Digital and reflect the Company’s continued progress in building an integrated platform connecting energy production, digital infrastructure and next-generation computing.

During August, Olenox achieved an average operational hashrate of approximately 1.03 exahashes per second (“EH/s”) across the Company’s mining-pool accounts.Realized hashrate represented approximately 67%
of the fleet’s economic capacity during the reporting period, reflecting in part seasonal heat-related curtailment and low-power-mode operation at the Company’s Texas hosting operations.

Olenox’s installed fleet currently consists of 9,584 current-generation S21-class ASIC miners representing approximately 35 megawatts of installed capacity and approximately 2.19 EH/s of nameplate computing power. The fleet operates at a blended hardware efficiency of approximately 16 joules per terahash (“J/TH”).

“August’s production demonstrates the scale and operating capability Olenox added through the acquisition of CS Digital,” said Mike McLaren, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Olenox. “We are establishing consistent monthly reporting while continuing to integrate CS Digital’s mining expertise with Olenox’s broader energy platform. Our long-term opportunity extends beyond Bitcoin production alone. We believe the combination of our energy assets, operating infrastructure and access to low-cost natural gas can create a powerful foundation for digital infrastructure and next-generation computing.”

Bitcoin production reported for August was generated at third-party hosting facilities drawing power from the ERCOT electrical grid. The Company’s longer-term strategy is to convert Olenox-controlled natural gas into computing power at or near the point of generation, with the goal of lowering energy costs, monetizing available gas retions

Olenox is targeting power costs below $0.02
per kilowatt-hour for its planned gas-powered digital infrastructure. This targeted cost reflects the Company’s forward strategy and was not represented in its August operating results.

“We see a significant opportunity to transform energy that may otherwise be constrained, stranded or underutilized into a productive re and computing infrastructure closer together, Olenox is working toward a more efficient and economically compelling operating model-one that can support Bitcoin mining today and broader digital and AI-driven infrastructure opportunities in the future.”

The Company expects to continue providing Bitcoin production and operating updates during the early part of each month, consistent with reporting practices across the digital-asset mining industry.

The majority of Olenox’s mining fleet is currently operated at third-party hosting facilities under profit-sharing arrangements. August production and hashrate figures reflect Bitcoin and hashrate credited to the Company’s mining-pool accounts. Certain hosting expenses and profit-sharing amounts are accounted for separately and, where applicable, had not been finalized as of the date of this release.

All August production figures are preliminary, unaudited and subject to final operational and financial review. Reported Bitcoin production is net of mining-pool fees.
