Strategy said on its official X account it plans to pay daily dividends to STRC holders from Nov. 1 to Nov. 30, with the annual dividend rate unchanged at 12.00%.
The plan is contingent on shareholder approval of an amendment related to daily dividends at a shareholders’ meeting scheduled for Oct. 28. Dividend payments will be finalized only if the amendment is approved at the meeting.
