    Stable, a layer-one blockchain focused on stablecoin payments, said it plans to upgrade its mainnet to v1.9.0 on Oct. 31.

    The upgrade is focused on introducing additional safeguards for transaction execution and improving network reliability and fund safety in the staking process, it said.
