U.S. prediction market platform Kalshi said in a U.S. SEC filing on Aug. 25 that it raised about $1.12 billion through a private stock offering launched in April. The filing also said Kalshi could raise an additional $380 million, according to The Block. In May, Kalshi raised $1 billion in a Series F round led by Coatue at a $22 billion valuation.
