Fidelity Investments filed an amended registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Aug. 12, seeking to addstaking and quarterly cash distributions to the Fidelity Ethereum Fund (FETH), the company’s spot Ethereum (ETH) exchange-traded fund.
