Despite the Bitcoin branding, the store does not currently offer Bitcoin as a checkout option and instead supports conventional payment methods such as cards and Apple Pay.

Strategy currently holds 845,050 BTC acquired at an average price of roughly $75,412.
Strategy has taken its Bitcoin branding from the balance sheet to footwear, launching a $250 pair of Bitcoin-themed Nike Air Jordans through its official merchandise store.
There is one conspicuous omission: buyers cannot pay for them in Bitcoin.
The shoes, listed as Strategy Nike Air Jordans, are inspired by the original Air Jordan 1 and feature custom Strategy branding, leather overlays, and a mid-top silhouette.
The listing was marked sold out at the time of writing.
Strategy describes the sneakers as featuring the Air Jordan Wings logo, Nike Air cushioning, and a rubber outsole, alongside custom colors designed around the company’s branding.
The $250 price puts them among the most expensive items in Strategy’s merchandise catalog.
Bitcoin Shoes, Fiat Checkout
For a company that has made Bitcoin the defining feature of its corporate strategy, the payment options have attracted almost as much attention as the shoes.
Strategy’s checkout currently supports conventional payment methods, including bank cards and Apple Pay, but does not list Bitcoin as a payment option, according to multiple reports examining the store.
That creates an unusual contrast with the company’s wider identity.
Strategy, formerly known as MicroStrategy, has spent years positioning Bitcoin as its primary treasury reserve asset. Its latest Bitcoin ledger shows the company holding 845,050 BTC, purchased for approximately $63.73 billion at an average acquisition price of $75,412 per Bitcoin.
However, not accepting BTC for merchandise is not necessarily inconsistent with Strategy’s broader approach.
Executive Chairman Michael Saylor has historically promoted Bitcoin primarily as a long-term store of value rather than as something to be spent on everyday purchases.
Strategy Expands Bitcoin Merch Line
The Jordans are also not an official Nike collaboration.
The Strategy Store describes them as shoes “inspired by the original AJ1,” while reporting around the release identifies them as customized Nike footwear rather than a formal Nike x Strategy product launch.
