    PRESS RELEASE Plentisoft
    Aug. 31, 2026, 02:46 PM

    — STARK has announced a Telegram based crypto banking platform featuring a digital crypto card for online and offline payments, with physical cards planned by the end of 2027 and KYC verification required for the physical product.

STARK has announced its expansion into financial services with a new crypto banking platform available through Telegram. The platform will allow users to fund a digital crypto card with cryptocurrency, connect it to a smartphone and use it for online and offline purchases.

The launch adds a financial services component to STARK’s broader technology ecosystem, which includes products focused on artificial intelligence, privacy, internet security and wearable technology.

The new platform is designed to provide users with an alternative way to use digital assets for payments through a card-based interface.

    Making Crypto Available for Payments

Using cryptocurrency for everyday purchases can involve multiple services and transaction steps, including exchanges, payment processors and conversions between digital assets and fiat currencies.

STARK’s new crypto card is designed to combine the funding and payment process within a single platform.

Users will be able to fund the card with cryptocurrency and use it to pay for goods and services. According to STARK, deposits will start at $10, and the platform will offer low transaction fees.

The underlying infrastructure is based on cryptocurrency, while the payment interface is designed around a conventional card experience. Users will be able to connect the digital card to a compatible smartphone and use it for supported online and offline transactions.

The service is intended to provide an additional payment option for cryptocurrency users without requiring them to manage separate services for each transaction.

A key component of STARK’s initial offering is its digital card and its approach to user verification.

According to the company, users will initially be able to use the digital crypto card without completing a standard KYC verification process. The initial digital product is therefore being introduced with a different verification model from the company’s planned physical card.

The physical card will require KYC verification. Customers who want to receive a physical card will need to complete the applicable identity verification procedures.

The two product formats are therefore expected to operate under different verification requirements. The digital card is being introduced first, while the physical card is planned as a subsequent stage of the company’s financial services development.

STARK says the digital card will be available for online and offline transactions, subject to the applicable payment infrastructure and requirements in each market.

A Crypto Banking Platform Inside Telegram

The new service will also be available through Telegram, providing users with access to the crypto banking platform within an established messaging and digital services environment.

The platform is built around several basic functions: users can add cryptocurrency, receive a digital card, connect the card to a smartphone and use it for supported payments.

The card is intended to support both online and offline transactions. This allows users to access payment functionality through the card without having to manually convert cryptocurrency through a separate service for every purchase.

The Telegram-based format is part of STARK’s approach to making the financial service accessible through a platform that users already use for digital communication and services.

STARK Has Obtained the Required Licenses

The launch also represents an expansion of STARK’s business activities into financial services.

According to the company, STARK has obtained the licenses and approvals required to launch its new financial business.

The regulatory framework applicable to financial and payment services can vary between jurisdictions. STARK says its financial services strategy is focused on operating within the applicable legal and regulatory requirements as the company develops the new platform.

The licensing progress provides a regulatory foundation for the company’s expansion into financial services and payment infrastructure.

As the financial services platform develops, STARK is also exploring potential cooperation with established international payment networks, including Visa and Mastercard.

Any future integration with major payment networks would be subject to the applicable commercial, technical and regulatory requirements.

Expansion Into the Regulated Financial Sector

The financial services launch represents a new direction for STARK as the company expands its existing technology portfolio.

The company is developing its financial services activities within a legal and regulated framework while continuing to operate products in other technology categories.

The planned payment infrastructure is intended to connect digital assets with established payment technologies. Cooperation with international payment networks could provide additional infrastructure for the company’s card products as the service develops.

For STARK, the financial platform represents an additional component of its broader technology strategy, alongside artificial intelligence, privacy, internet security and wearable technology.

The Financial Layer of STARK’s Ecosystem

The crypto banking platform is being introduced as part of a wider STARK product ecosystem.

STARK GREEN focuses on artificial intelligence. STARK BLACK is a privacy-oriented browser. STARK PINK provides VPN services, while STARK RING extends the company’s product portfolio into wearable technology.

These products operate across different areas of the digital consumer technology market, including AI, privacy, internet security and connected devices.

The new financial platform adds payment and digital asset functionality to the existing ecosystem.

STARK says the financial service is intended to provide users with an additional way to interact with cryptocurrency through a card-based payment product.

Digital First, Physical Cards by 2027

STARK’s initial focus is the digital card and smartphone-based payments.

The company plans to introduce physical cards by the end of 2027. Customers seeking a physical card will be required to complete KYC verification in accordance with the applicable requirements.

The planned physical card will complement the initial digital offering and represents the next stage of STARK’s financial services development.

The company is therefore taking a staged approach to the launch, beginning with a digital card and subsequently expanding into physical payment cards.

The development of the physical card offering will depend on the applicable regulatory, technical and payment-network requirements.

The launch places payment functionality among the latest areas of development for STARK as the company expands its technology ecosystem.

Cryptocurrency has traditionally been used primarily for trading, investment, transfers and digital asset management. Payment products represent another application for digital assets, allowing cryptocurrency to be used through card-based payment infrastructure.

STARK’s new platform is designed around this use case by allowing users to fund a digital card with cryptocurrency and use the card for supported purchases.

The company’s approach combines cryptocurrency funding with a conventional card interface and smartphone connectivity.

The Telegram integration is also intended to provide users with access to the service through an existing digital platform rather than requiring a separate communication environment.

    STARK’s Financial Services Development

The crypto banking platform represents a significant expansion of STARK’s product portfolio into financial technology.

The company is developing the service alongside its existing products in artificial intelligence, privacy, internet security and wearable technology.

The initial digital card offering is expected to be followed by physical cards, with KYC verification required for the physical product.

STARK is also exploring potential relationships with established payment networks as it develops the infrastructure required for its financial services offering.

The company says its financial business will operate within the applicable legal and regulatory framework and that the necessary licenses and approvals for the launch have been obtained.

The new platform is expected to provide STARK with an additional area of activity as the company continues to expand its technology ecosystem and develop products connecting digital assets with established financial and payment infrastructure.
