Solana ETF Records Fresh Inflows
According to SoSoValue data shown on August 18, US spot Solana ETFs recorded $1.58 million in daily net inflows. Total net assets stood at $923.57 million, while the products recorded $30.13 million in total value traded.
The data shows $1.43 million entered the products on August 11, followed by $8.83 million on August 10. There was also a $1 million inflow on August 4. On August 6, however, the ETFs recorded an outflow of about $859,450.
While demand has not moved in one direction every day, the cumulative net inflow has reached $1.16 billion, giving the Solana ETF market a sizeable inflow record since launch.
Bitwise recorded the full $1.58 million daily inflow shown for August 18, while the other listed funds had no new net inflows for that day. The data also puts the SOL price at $77.18 at the time of the update.
Solana Price Prediction Puts $100 In Focus
The ETF numbers come as traders are watching for a possible breakout in SOL price. A crypto market analyst on X, LSTrader, described a recent short-term setup as a strong entry and target opportunity, while Sweep said another breakout had taken place and suggested that Solana price could move higher.
Ali Charts has taken a longer view. He said SOL appears to be preparing for a bullish breakout, with $100 as the main level he is watching. A decisive move above that mark would make him more confident that the market has already found its bottom.
Rather than trying to identify the exact bottom, Ali Charts said he has been slowly accumulating SOL through dollar-cost averaging. His planned buying range is between $40 and $70, showing that his strategy is built around holding through different market conditions.
The $77.18 SOL price places the token above that accumulation range, but below the $100 level the analyst considers important. For the Solana price prediction, that makes $100 a key test. A firm break above it could support the view that the recent weakness has ended, although it would not guarantee a sustained rally.
SOL Price Targets Reach $295 And $400
The bullish outlook does not stop at $100. Ali Charts said a return to Solana’s January 2025 all-time high near $295 would represent about 288% upside from the price level used in his analysis. He also gave $400 as another long-term target, representing roughly 430% upside.
Those targets are not near-term guarantees and could take time. His approach combines gradual SOL accumulation with staking while he waits for a possible larger market cycle.
He also discussed staking returns, using a gross yield of about 5.7% as an example. Under that example, 1,000 SOL could generate about 57 SOL in yearly rewards before validator commission. At a 7% commission, the amount kept would be roughly 53 SOL.
Ali Charts said he compares validator commission, performance, and track record before choosing a provider. He also prefers non-custodial delegation, which allows him to keep control of his private keys.
He mentioned Kiln and P2P.org and said he chose HashKey Cloud based on its low commission and non-custodial setup. For now, the Solana ETF inflow gives the market a figure to watch, while $100 remains the main level in the Solana price prediction.
