Kalshi launched USD-settled perpetual futures for Cardano (ADA) and Binance Coin (BNB) — alongside AAVE, WLD and VVV — on its CFTC-regulated American Perpetuals platform, expanding its crypto derivatives offering to 19 assets and enabling asset-specific leverage (BNB up to 4.5x). The rollout coincided with ADA rising ~10% to $0.222 and BNB gaining >5% to about $729 with BNB volume +83% in 24h, boosting regulated derivatives adoption while adding regulatory risk amid CME’s legal challenge to the CFTC over perps classification.

Kalshi prediction market has expanded its US trading lineup with perpetual contracts for Cardano crypto and Binance Coin, bringing ADA and BNB perps to a CFTC-regulated platform as demand for crypto derivatives grows.
Kalshi Prediction Market Adds ADA And BNB Perps
As per the latest update, Kalshi prediction market has launched new perpetual contracts for Cardano (ADA), Binance Coin (BNB), Aave (AAVE), Worldcoin (WLD), and Venice Token (VVV) in the United States. The products are offered under Kalshi’s “American Perpetuals” brand and are designed to give US traders access to crypto perpetual futures through a CFTC-regulated exchange.

The latest launch follows a filing with the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission last week. Unlike standard futures, these perpetual contracts do not have an expiration date and settle in US dollars. Leverage differs across the listed assets, with BNB carrying a maximum leverage of 4.5x, while Venice Token has a 1.9x limit.
With the latest additions, the Kalshi prediction market now has perpetuals for Bitcoin and 17 altcoins, including Ethereum, XRP, Solana, HYPE, and Zcash. The platform had also recently added Zcash, Near Protocol, Dogecoin, and Shiba Inu contracts. Applications for XLM, Polkadot, and Hedera remain pending with the CFTC.
The move gives Cardano crypto traders in the US another regulated venue for trading ADA perpetuals. It also puts BNB derivatives alongside other major crypto assets already available through Kalshi.
Cardano Crypto And BNB Price React to Kalshi News
The new contracts arrived as several of the listed assets moved higher during a wider recovery across the crypto market. BNB price rose more than 5% to about $729 before settling around $723, while its trading volume climbed 83% over the previous 24 hours.
Cardano crypto also posted a strong move. ADA climbed almost 10% to around $0.222 as attention turned to the RealFi mainnet launch scheduled for October 1. The move has placed $0.28 among the next levels being watched in the Cardano price outlook.

AAVE, WLD, and VVV also recorded gains. The price moves came as the US Treasury completed a $12.5 billion debt buyback operation, adding another development to the broader market backdrop.
The launch of ADA and BNB perpetuals therefore comes at a time when traders are already watching renewed activity across several major tokens. Still, the introduction of new contracts does not guarantee that prices will continue moving higher.
CFTC Approval Adds More Pressure To Perps Debate
The expansion also comes amid a legal dispute involving CME Group, the CFTC, and the agency’s chairman, Mike Selig. CME has sued the CFTC, arguing that these perpetual contracts should be treated as swaps. The CFTC this week filed a motion seeking dismissal of the case, saying CME lacks standing on its claims of competitive injury.
Despite the dispute, the CFTC approvals have allowed Kalshi to continue expanding its perpetual futures lineup. The Kalshi prediction market is positioning the products as US-regulated alternatives for traders who want exposure to crypto perpetuals without an expiration date.
For Cardano crypto, the addition is notable because ADA now has a perpetual contract on a US-regulated exchange. BNB also gains a new derivatives market, while BNB price activity could attract more attention as traders respond to the new product.
Kalshi’s latest expansion shows how quickly regulated crypto derivatives are spreading across the US market. Whether the new ADA and BNB contracts gain lasting trading demand will depend on how traders use them in the weeks ahead.
The broader rollout gives US participants more choice as regulated platforms continue testing ways to bring crypto derivatives into traditional exchange settings while keeping contract terms, settlement rules, and leverage clearly defined for traders.
