Zamanat to launch $100M private credit fund for tokenized real-world assets

Real-world asset tokenization project Zamanat is launching a private credit fund of up to $100 million, according to U.Today. UAE-based layer-one blockchain ZIGChain will provide the blockchain infrastructure for issuing and settling fund interests. The tokens will operate in an environment subject to regulatory requirements and whitelist controls.

The fund will consist of a closed-ended exempt fund and a credit fund regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority, with Truleum Venture Partners Limited serving as manager and Apex Group handling administration.
