    An address believed to belong to an anonymous whale or institution bought an additional 15,000 ETH today at an average price of $2,751, worth $41.26 million, EmberCN reported. The address had previously accumulated 37,000 ETH through Galaxy Digital OTC about two months earlier at an average price of $1,923. Its total holdings have now increased to 52,000 ETH, worth $143 million.
