U.S. SEC allows ARK Venture Fund to add tokenized share class

The U.S. SEC has approved exemptive relief allowing ARK Venture Fund and ARK Investment Management to create an exchange-traded class and a tokenized class, NewsBTC reported. The approval allows the fund to operate an exchange class premised on a U.S. stock exchange listing and a tokenized class that records ownership information on distributed ledger technology.
