UK-listed The Smarter Web Company, which has adopted a Bitcoin treasury strategy, raised $13.25 million through a Bitcoin-backed preferred share IPO called MORE, becoming the first such deal in the UK, according to BitcoinTreasuries. MORE will begin trading on the London Stock Exchange this Wednesday, and its first weekly dividend is due on Nov. 9.
