Strive CEO Matt Cole said on X that SATS, the company’s preferred shares carrying a fixed 15% annual dividend rate, has been listed on Nasdaq.
The dividend is calculated based on a $100 per-share reference amount, with payouts made on each business day. The first dividend is scheduled for Nov. 9 and will include accrued dividends since the issuance was completed on Oct. 20. Dividend payments remain subject to approval by the board of directors.
