Securitize CEO Carlos Domingo said in a recent interview that no listed company would reject tokenization if it is presented as a way to broaden access for more investors.
Domingo said tokenization offers benefits including greater stock liquidity, improved future fundraising conditions, 24-hour trading and stronger direct communication with shareholders. When working with listed companies, Domingo added, the practical benefit of expanding investor access should be emphasized rather than the term tokenization itself.
