Scroll disclosed the contents of its October DAO monthly meeting, including discussions on a potential shift to a permissioned network and the migration of SCR and USX to the Ethereum mainnet. The project plans to release detailed proposals later, and any transition plan will be subject to DAO governance review. Scroll is also preparing a website to help users check their holdings and positions and safely migrate or withdraw assets during the transition.
