Royls, a layer-1 blockchain focused on RWA for institutions, said the vesting period for RLS allocated to investors and the team has been extended.
The token unlock schedule, originally planned for December 2026, has been changed to monthly releases over four years starting in May 2027. Royls said that combined with Parfin’s lockup extension announced in August, the change will leave RLS circulating supply about 1.2 billion tokens, or around 25%, below the original plan through 2027. More than 500 million RLS is set to remain locked in December 2026.
