Japan-listed Bitcoin buyer Remixpoint said it may consider a special dividend if it determines there is a high likelihood that BTC will trade above $90,000 as of March 31, 2027. The company said its base year-end dividend for the fiscal year ending in March 2027 is set at 3 yen ($0.02) per share, and if it decides to pay a special dividend after weighing BTC prices, profit levels, cash flow, and financial conditions, it will target a year-end dividend of at least 5 yen ($0.03) per share including the ordinary payout. Remixpoint had previously said it sold all of its ETH, SOL, XRP, and DOGE holdings and would manage assets with a BTC-focused strategy going forward.
