Crypto exchange OKX (OKB) said OKXICE, a joint venture between OKX and Intercontinental Exchange, the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, has submitted a notice to the U.S. SEC to pursue the launch of a tokenized securities exchange under the regulator’s new innovation exemption rule. The notice includes more than 60 companies listed on U.S. stock exchanges.
