Kraken parent company Payward has pushed back its initial public offering to next year and is aiming to pursue the listing as early as the second quarter, CoinDesk reported, citing sources.
The company had confidentially submitted a draft registration statement to the U.S. SEC for the IPO in November last year, but later announced it was delaying the plan amid a market downturn.
