Jupiter, a Solana-based decentralized exchange, has beta launched its ‘YOLO’ trading service with leverage of up to 1,000x, while The Defiant warned users may not receive withdrawals on time even if trades are profitable.
YOLO lets users bet on gains and losses in SOL, BTC and ETH prices, with a minimum trade size of $10. Users trade against the service itself rather than other users, and profits are paid from funds held by the service, according to The Defiant. If those funds are insufficient, payouts may be delayed until liquidity is replenished.
The YOLO service has not yet undergone a security audit, and its maximum leverage is four times higher than the 250x limit on Jupiter’s existing perpetual futures product.
