JPMorgan Asset Management projected in its “2027 Long-Term Capital Market Assumptions” report that Bitcoin will deliver a 10% annualized compound return over the next 10 years. That would top U.S. large-cap stocks at 7.5% and gold at 5.5%, making Bitcoin the highest-returning asset class in the analysis.
Bitwise CIO Matt Hougan said traditional financial institutions that had previously ignored or criticized Bitcoin are now including it in long-term investment outlooks and assessing it as the asset most likely to post the strongest returns over the next decade.
