DePIN project Holo said the technology needed to transition from HOT to HoloFuel is ready and will continue to be refined based on feedback. Holo added that regulation remains the bigger challenge, but it has found a jurisdiction that understands the business it is building. Related filings are being finalized and, even if they are not ready by Nov. 1, they should be completed within a few days after that, Holo said.
