Former CryptoBilis head denies involvement in Ledger-related security incident

Arravind Prabu, the former head of Southeast Asian reseller CryptoBilis, said he had no involvement in a recent security incident involving CryptoBilis and Ledger tied to the theft of Ledger users’ assets, Cointelegraph reported. In a statement, Prabu said CryptoBilis had been acquired by new management and he transferred all operational, executive, and administrative responsibilities in March. Prabu added that after the handover was completed, he no longer had access to or control over the company’s internal systems, customer database, order records, or corporate communication channels.
