F2Pool founder Discus Fish, who has Chinese roots, warned a pending EIP-7702-related transaction from Binance 14 Wallet, a Binance-owned Ethereum wallet, had remained unconfirmed for more than two hours and could expose another 2,961 ETH to theft.
Discus Fish said the transfer was being delayed by insufficient gas fees, and if Ethereum’s base fee falls below 4.4 gwei and the transaction is processed, a hacker could steal the funds, according to the statement.
