DWF Labs founder says crypto focus shifts, but trading, exchanges and payments endure

DWF Labs founder Andrei Grachev said markets need to adapt as the crypto sector’s dominant narratives and leading players keep changing.

In a post on X, Grachev said financial markets are becoming increasingly driven by marketing rather than intrinsic value, with that trend even stronger in crypto. Still, Grachev said trading, exchanges and payments remain sustainable businesses capable of generating steady profits. Grachev added AI-related hardware and infrastructure, along with the tokenization of real-world assets, are emerging as new trends, and said investors can follow those trends while shorting the rest.
