    Core Lightning has published a CVE vulnerability report and urged node operators to take their nodes offline immediately, Crypto Briefing reported. Technical details of the flaw were not disclosed, and a two-week embargo will apply.

    Crypto Briefing explained that embargoes are common for exploitable vulnerabilities and give operators time to apply patches. All nodes running CLN version 26.04 or earlier are affected, and support for those versions has ended. A patched version has not yet been released.
