    CoinMarketCap’s Altcoin Season Index stood at 60, up three points from yesterday. The index compares the price performance of Bitcoin with that of the top 100 coins by market capitalization, excluding stablecoins and wrapped coins. If 75% of the top 100 coins outperform Bitcoin over the past 90 days, it is considered altcoin season; the opposite is considered Bitcoin season. The closer the reading is to 100, the stronger the signal for altcoin season.
