Bitcoin and gold’s 90-day correlation has approached a record high, but BTC has risen over the past month while gold has fallen, Coinbase Institutional said in an analysis. In a post on X, the firm said similar correlation does not mean similar returns and added it believes fresh buying interest is moving into BTC rather than gold despite interest-rate pressure.
