    Chainlink (LINK) has launched Fulcrum, a cross-chain collateral and finance platform connecting banks, asset managers and sovereign wealth funds to on-chain markets, CoinDesk reported. Fulcrum supports 24/7 collateral transfers and collateral mobilization across public and private blockchains, as well as same-day financial transactions.
