Canary Capital has filed an amended S-1 registration statement with the U.S. SEC to launch a staking SEI spot ETF, Cointelegraph reported. The proposed ETF would directly hold spot SEI and stake about 90% of its holdings to earn rewards. BitGo was named the sole custodian.
