Bitget has agreed to acquire Thai cryptocurrency exchange and brokerage firm GMO-Z.com Cryptonomics, U.Today reported.
The acquisition target is a fully licensed operator in Thailand, and Bitget plans to offer its trading platform to local users after securing regulatory approvals needed to complete the deal and transfer management control.
