USBC has registered about 359.82 million shares, equal to 92.7% of its total shares outstanding, for potential resale by existing shareholders, CryptoSlate reported. The shares have already been issued, however, and no actual sale has been determined.
As of Aug. 24, USBC held 1,029.25 BTC, of which about 478 BTC had been pledged as collateral for an $18 million loan. Separately, the company is using 34.1% of its total Bitcoin holdings in options trading.
