151 Solana validators had not completed preparations a day before the Alpenglow upgrade, Cointelegraph reported. The validators account for 20.3% of total delegated stake. Alpenglow is an upgrade to overhaul Solana’s consensus protocol, with the goal of reducing transaction finality time from more than 12 seconds to around 150 milliseconds.
