CleanCore Solutions is seeking to raise funds for its emerging AI data center business as it winds down its Dogecoin <a href="https://xpertsstudio.com/ionic-digital-expands-bitcoin-treasury-to-2882-btc-after-latest-purchase/” title=”Ionic Digital Expands Bitcoin Treasury to 2,882 BTC After Latest Purchase”>treasury and explores a sale of its legacy cleaning operation.
The company is offering 275.8 million common shares at $0.25 apiece and investor warrants covering up to 400 million additional shares, according to a recent SEC filing.
The company said proceeds will primarily support AI critical infrastructure projects, including its Minnesota data center, while also funding the West Texas project, working capital, capital expenditures and other corporate needs. Some proceeds could also be used to support the potential sale of the cleaning products business.
CleanCore sold about 463 million DOGE for roughly $33.4 million on July 20, effectively ending a digital-asset treasury strategy launched less than a year earlier. The company had previously announced plans to sell or dispose of its cleaning products segment and said it continues to explore potential buyers.
Its AI infrastructure business now includes a 200-megawatt West Texas data center campus with expansion potential above 500 megawatts and a Minnesota facility expected to provide roughly 40 megawatts of critical IT capacity. The Minnesota project also includes a colocation agreement with AI computing company Cerebras Systems.
CleanCore owns a majority stake in the Minnesota project’s joint venture, while its partner holds 21%. The company has committed up to $500 million to the venture, including an initial $40 million contribution, against a $479 million initial budget.
