$PUMP, the native token of Pump.fun, one of the most notable memecoin platforms in the Solana ecosystem, has come back into the spotlight due to its revenue performance and low valuation multiple.
At this point, a comprehensive analysis prepared by Blockworks Research analyst Shaunda Devens evaluated $PUMP based on three different market scenarios.
The analyst stated that $PUMP is undervalued based on revenue, predicting that under three scenarios it could rise to between $0.0108 and $0.0205, or 2.3 to 4.4 times its current price.
Devens noted that Pump.fun’s annual revenue reached $677 million, while its price-to-sell ratio was only 2.8 times. The analyst also added that Pump.fun is evolving from a platform where new tokens are launched into a broader consumer ecosystem where users conduct transactions.
According to analyst data, the platform’s cumulative revenue since 2024 has reached $1.37 billion.
Three Different Scenarios for a Pump!
Analyst Devens shared three different scenario predictions for $PUMP: bearish, base, and bullish.
The analyst stated that the bearish scenario used a price/sales multiple of 1.5x–2.8x, the base scenario 3x–5x, and the bullish scenario 5x–10x.
The analyst stated that the main reason for this is that Pump.fun’s revenues are highly sensitive to market activity. According to the report, higher market activity both increases the platform’s revenue and creates a higher valuation multiple for $PUMP.
When the three scenarios are combined with probability weights of 25% bearish, 50% base, and 25% bullish, Blockworks Research stated that a valuation range of $0.0108–$0.0205 is calculated for $PUMP.
This figure represents a potential increase of 2.3 to 4.4 times compared to the current $PUMP price of $0.0037.
In context, the analyst also assessed that if market conditions worsen and activity on Pump.fun declines, $PUMP could fall to levels of $0.0011–$0.0019. This represents a 50% to 75% drop from the current level.
The analyst emphasizes that $PUMP is highly sensitive to market activity and could experience significant value loss in a negative scenario.
