Animoca Brands co-founder Yat Siu said using AI agents does not necessarily give investors an advantage in cryptocurrency markets, according to Cointelegraph.
Siu said AI agents can gather market information around the clock, but users asking about the same trade may receive similar answers. Siu added it is better to separate agents by use case, rather than assigning one agent to handle multiple tasks such as scheduling and crypto investing, and cautioned against relying on trading routines tied to services outside a user’s control.
The Bank of England also warned in April last year that if investors using similar AI models trade in the same direction, shocks could intensify during periods of market stress.
