MetaMask has strengthened security features aimed at preventing crypto scam losses, Decrypt reported. The wallet now warns users when it detects investment and romance scams, lookalike wallet addresses, and first-time transfer addresses, with the protections applied to both its mobile app and browser extension. It has also introduced a feature first on the browser extension that automatically reverses a transaction if the executed result differs from the preview shown beforehand.
