An FBI affidavit cited by Fortune crypto editor Jeff Roberts indicates Hamas instructed members internally to avoid using Binance and instead use Trust Wallet, RedotPay, OKX, Cust, and Bybit.
Roberts also cited a Chainalysis report as saying Hamas used one-time “Burner” wallet accounts to receive donations, but was ultimately exposed after reusing the same wallets to fund gas fees.
