Hargreaves Lansdown will begin offering cryptocurrency ETN trading to about 2 million investors from today, the Financial Times reported. The initial lineup includes nine ETNs tied to BTC and ETH.
Issuers include BlackRock, WisdomTree, 21Shares, Invesco, CoinShares and Bitwise, with annual fees ranging from 0% to 0.35%. Hargreaves Lansdown had previously been the only major UK investment platform not to support crypto ETN trading, and in October last year said “BTC is not an asset class.”
