Your Bourse Appoints New CEO and CRO; Andrey Vedikhin Becomes Chairman

Your Bourse has announced a series of leadership changes,
including the appointments of a new CEO and CRO, and a transition for its
co-founder to Chairman of the Board.

Elina Pedersen has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer
of Your Bourse. She co-founded the company and has served as Chief Revenue
Officer for more than nine years.

Pedersen takes over from Andrey Vedikhin, the company’s
co-founder and majority owner, who led the firm since its launch.

Kate Rutkovskaya has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer.
She is described as an experienced B2B SaaS sales leader with knowledge of the
FX/CFD industry and has been credited with expanding Your Bourse’s
institutional presence.

Vedikhin Becomes Chairman

Andrey Vedikhin, who has over two decades of experience in
capital markets technology and corporate governance, will now serve as Chairman
of the Board.

“Passing the day‑to‑day leadership to Pedersen allows
me to focus on the bigger picture –
charting our strategy and shaping product vision that will define the next
decade of trading technology.”

“With Pedersen driving execution and Rutkovskaya
guiding revenue growth, YourBourse
is perfectly placed to create even greater value for brokers worldwide,” Vedikhin commented.
