Metaplanet will move 2,100 Bitcoin (BTC) and $2.5 million in cash into Super League, a small Nasdaq-listed gaming media firm. The $134.6 million deal, announced Tuesday, creates a US treasury vehicle named Superplanet.

The third-largest corporate holder of $BTC has revealed additional details about its planned US expansion, which will see it invest 2,100 $BTC and $2.5 million in cash into Super League Enterprise.

Super League (Nasdaq: SLE) entered a definitive agreement with Metaplanet (TSE: 3350), under which Metaplanet’s U.S. subsidiary will contribute 2,100 Bitcoin (about $132.1 million) plus $2.5 million in cash to Super League in exchange for 44,859,400 new common shares at $3.00 per share, perpetual preferred stock and long‑dated warrants.
