Helium has been one of the most moved markets following news that its decentralized wireless infrastructure was expanding into Texas. The latest rally occurred after Helium announced on August 28 that the city of Celina in Texas was connecting its existing municipal Wi-Fi to Helium’s network to offload cellular traffic.
