The U.S. Senate failed to advance the CLARITY Act on September 15, falling short 49-50 in a procedural cloture vote, and the crypto market’s leveraged bulls paid almost immediately, especially in BTC USD and Ethereum.
Markets are pricing a roughly 93% chance that the Federal Reserve raises interest rates by 25 basis points to 3.75%–4.00%.
