    Layer-1 blockchain Flare (FLR) said it has been added to the XRP Ledger Foundation’s recommended validator list. Servers that follow the list will now count Flare’s votes on new ledgers and amendments. Flare described the move as an operational responsibility tied to the reliability and development of XRPL, as well as a sign of its long-term commitment to the XRP ecosystem.
