Bitcoin could climb back above $85,000 and reach as high as $90,000 once uncertainty eases after the release of key U.S. economic data, Matt Mena, chief crypto research strategist at 21Shares, said, according to Bitcoin.com. Mena said concerns about hotter-than-expected inflation were largely priced in during BTC’s drop below $85,000 last week. U.S. September CPI rose 3.7% from a year earlier, while core CPI increased 0.3% from the previous month, above the market forecast of 0.2%. BTC later fell to around $82,800 at one point. Mena said a pullback to $81,000 remains possible, but Bitcoin is more likely to resume its upward move once macroeconomic uncertainty clears.
