    The U.S. SEC has charged two investment advisers over a $15 million WhatsApp cryptocurrency fraud case, according to Bitcoinist. The two allegedly used WhatsApp to lure victims into a crypto investment scam and falsely promoted the platform as a safe venue overseen by regulators, including the SEC.
