UK-listed The Smarter Web Company, which has adopted a Bitcoin treasury strategy, has secured shareholder approval to launch MORE, the UK’s first BTC-backed preferred stock, BitcoinTreasuries reported. The company is pursuing an initial public offering of MORE to raise about $20 million to $33 million, with the proceeds set to be used for additional Bitcoin purchases and business acquisitions.
