Binance founder Zhao Changpeng, better known as CZ, said on the ‘When Shift Happens’ podcast that his social media posts do not have enough influence to move prices across the broader cryptocurrency market.
CZ said he has maintained a bullish view on Bitcoin for a long time, and because he posts five to 10 times a day, messages published just ahead of positive market news may simply be coincidental. He added that if he had known market-moving information in advance, he would not have posted about it, stressing that any overlap between his posts and subsequent market gains was only a matter of timing.
